This agreement is made by and between the Montana Draft Horse and Mule Association (hereinafter MDHMA) and:

(hereinafter USER).

1. The following property (sometimes hereinafter equipment) is owned by MDMHA
   USER may use the following equipment for draft equine purposes:

2. USER may take possession on ___________________ and shall return the equipment to MDHMA’s agent, name_______________________________________________________

3. USER shall pay MDHMA upon taking possession of the equipment the sum of  $___________________  for use of the equipment  and $__________________ for a security deposit which shall be returned to USER upon timely performance of the entirety of this agreement.
    

4. USER has made his/her/its own inspection of the equipment and has determined it to be safe and satisfactory for all of USER’s purposes.    MDHMA provides no warranty at all, either express or implied.  USER accepts the equipment “as is.”
    

5. USER shall hold MDHMA harmless, defend and indemnify all claims against MDHMA arising out of or related in any way to the equipment.  USER shall provide proof of an insurance policy in the amount of $__________ satisfactory to MDHMA insuring USER against liability and naming MDHMA as an additional named insured.
    

6. USER shall return the equipment to MDHMA clean and in good condition.  USER shall reimburse MDHMA upon demand for all costs and expenses incurred by MDHMA to satisfy USER’s obligations under this agreement.
